REVERSING BAD LEGISTLATION
- Reinstate Executive Order 11246, requiring federal contractors to abide by affirmative action and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs.
FOOD
- Establish a Food Price Commission to research, audit and govern food prices nationally.
- Subsidize all food producers to produce only organic food with the safety net of the US government purchasing all food that expires naturally.
- Tax preservatives, additives, food colorings to the same degree cigarettes are taxed.
- Shift subsidies from large corporate farms to small family owned farms.
INFLATION
- Establish a Commission on Inflation to address Rent/Home Prices/Insurance Prices and other essential living expenses, and submit policy and legislative drafts to the US congress.
- Instate assistance programs to help low and middle-income families purchase essential groceries and require retailers to provide pricing data on essential grocery prices for the public’s online viewing.
- Restrict Investment corporations and REITs (trusts that own over 10 single-family housing units) from purchasing single-family housing units.
SENIORS
- Initiate a 3% flat tax on all corporations with one billion in total revenue, that would eliminate all taxes for all taxpayers over the age
EDUCATION
- Fund public education around cancer causing, alzheimer causing, ADHD causing impacts of preservatives, additives, food colorings.
- Require curricula for high school students in financial literacy, taxes, bills, and banking. Also introduce career idea programs to create career plans and outlines for students.
- Fund Anti-trafficking public education to empower society with knowledge on how to identify and prevent sex trafficking.
HEALTHCARE
- Set price benchmarks to essential medications like Xarelto.
- Establish greater healthcare pricing transparency by requiring hospitals to provide to the public pricing guidelines and digital resources in understandable language.
- Require the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to negotiate maximum brand name drug prices.
- Require insurers, pharmacies, and hospitals to report out-of-pocket costs and standard charges publicly.
- Create annual maximum out-of-pocket cost limits for Medicare beneficiaries who need prescription medications and other services.
- Take measures to ensure the legitimacy of Social Security payments such as by verifying recipients are not duplicated or deceased.
IMMIGRATION
- Apply due process to all immigration proceedings and abide by the US Constitution.
- Secure the border AND create a realistic path for long-term, non-criminal immigrants already here by financing all immigration fees over a 10 year period so that all immigrants can afford to become citizens.
OVERSIGHT AND GOVERNANCE
- Establish term limits at ten years of consecutive service for all federal government positions in the House of Representatives, Senate and Supreme Court.
- Companies may not use more than 5% of annual earnings for stock buybacks, with saved money that would otherwise go to buybacks being spent on increased wages and other employee benefits.
- Double the existing punishment for those abusively avoiding paying taxes of $100,000 owed or more, with fines and take measures to obtain greater tax transparency from high earners and asset holders.
- Require the text of proposed bills to be available for at least a full two weeks before they may be voted on by Congress.
- Limit mergers in highly concentrated healthcare markets and exclusive contracts that prevent insurers from providing from competing hospitals in their network.
- Government shutdowns are made impossible, as if a funding agreement cannot be made in Congress before the government shuts down then the previous funding system continues by default.
- Establish a State Collaboration Committee that requires each US State to submit a list of problems and suggested solutions to the US Congress for issues that each respective state is experiencing, of which they request assistance from the US government from.
- Ban members of Congress and their immediate families from trading securities; stocks/bonds/futures/options, etc.
- Reverse Citizens United
- Require transparency in News Media
- Single issue bills, no more pork or package bills.
- Epstein accomplices arrested and tried.
- End corporate welfare(Including taxpayer subsidies for poverty-wage megacorps)
- Reduce deficit spending (Require Congress to pass a real plan to balance the budget over 10 years, with exceptions only for genuine national emergencies.)
- (Different deficit spending plan) set annual fiscal targets to reduce the unified federal deficit to 3% of national GDP within five years. This is to be achieved by spending restraint measures and reducing inefficient tax expenditures, not affecting essential programs like SNAP, Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security.
- Ban the Revolving Door (No member of Congress may become a lobbyist or work for a lobbying firm for at least 5 years after leaving office.)
- Remove dollar minimums in lobby registering requirements, and increase fines on those not disclosing their assets and private interests when appropriate for government employees.
- Investigate DHS.




SOCIAL ISSUES
